Yes. Kursa is free to use, with no paid plan or additional account required.

No. Kursa changes displayed storefront amounts. Checkout and payment currency remain controlled by Shopify, Shopify Markets, and your payment settings.

No. Kursa displays converted amounts in the storefront; it does not write converted prices into your product catalog.

No. Kursa works as a standalone storefront converter. The optional integration can use variant source values when Murdeni Rate Sync is installed and configured.

Yes. Choose flags and currency codes, flags only, or currency codes only in Settings.

Yes. Kursa supports desktop and mobile placement, including floating and custom modes. Custom placement needs a compatible theme section and the switcher app block.

Yes. Kursa stores an enabled currency selection in browser localStorage on the storefront domain. Different browsers or domains have separate preferences. Clearing browser storage resets the selection.

When enabled, Kursa can initialize the display currency using Shopify’s storefront country context. An existing enabled shopper selection takes priority. It does not request precise device location.

Addon amounts and cart prices are converted from their own base values, so they do not inherit the main product’s source amount. Custom themes or third-party markup may need compatibility adjustments.

The Kursa wrapper helps the app reliably identify money amounts. Copy the snippets generated for your store into both Shopify HTML format fields; leave email formats unchanged.

Kursa does not request customer or order API access or store shopper profiles. It uses store configuration and a browser currency preference. Hosting providers process technical request data; details are in our Privacy Policy.

Disable the app in Settings or turn off its theme embed. You can uninstall it from Shopify admin. If you no longer need the money wrappers, restore your preferred HTML money formats in Shopify settings.
